I will not try to defend myself because I did abuse, but I'll say some things.
1. Those people in the Pink team (Viper and nathan and others) where teaming on us and I was full of anger and that's why I abused them.
2. Viper aimbotted me (I do not have a proof but I'll report him as soon as I get one).
3. I abused Rockstar and I don't think that you work with them to report me for that.
4. He showed some incomplete evidence (he covered on his friend who started abusing first which is shown in this log: https://i.imgur.com/CfPQI69.png ).
5. It is shown in the evidence that I asked to be warned because I do recognize the rule.
6. I did not tell Shadow Jack to not warn me and if he took a choice that would've been his own choice.

I don't car about this billshit and BTW Thuger I can report any body abusing ever if he is not abusing me read rules of the server or you can smiply go back to your server [VCCnR] and if Viper said that you can ignore him by /ignore, Viper didn't do any thing aginst rules, and who the hell said you told Shadow to not to watn you? 1-This is a deathmatch server, if you don't want to fight someone use /nogoto on , /radaroff and some loc. Everyone is allowed to fight.

2-You still broke a rule for which you will be punished.

3-You recognized the rule and if you didn't get punished that time you will now.

I demand to demote Shadow till he get in mind that duty comes first.eing as my clan mate and i reported Shadow because when you have a big responsibility you have to act according to it.
Shadow has been clearly watching the topic but didn't even try once to react just because the rule breaker was his clan leader. Shadow surely doesn't deserve to be admin if he isn't showing his loyalty to Angel.

kakan was there too, and this is old proofs I guess and shadow arent in Thugz now. After that he abused I agree but we cant ban a player for abusing, if he abuse again he will be banned.

Sardar you have the right to give whatever punishment you think is right to Omar so the report will be half solved.

He has using a new PC or has somehow managed to clear his alias and is using the name Omar40 as it's not banned and [thug]Omar account is banned.

Okay sir, waiting for Shadow to explain things here as he has been igoring this post while he came online several times.

Okay,it was my fault that I didn't took any action.Idc if he is my clan member or my friend,its my responsibility to take care of players.I felt uncomfortable with my clan mates and some other reasons so I left from thugz.
But I want to apologize that I did immature and stupid thing because of my chat lag(those messages were going fast and I saw only 2 abusing messages and I told to omar that he has to not abuse,but he was still abusing and I didn't used my admin power, I didn't scroll up the chat and saw full of abuse messages because I was busy{other new players were also there so they don't know the rules so I was spectating them because I caught one newbie who was breaking the rule,so this had make me busy}).

I realise my mistake and I've learned something from this topic.Next time I won't do this again and I will play according to the rules.I don't want to waste angel's hard work.

If Omar is not banned right now he will be im a few moments, the reason might be that the server was on a temporary IP.
As far as your ban is concerned there is no way you could be punish below a ban as you being a level 7 admin in Vccnr amd accepting the rule break yourself.

Its a simple thing to understand like a judge of a country moves to a fellow country and commits crimes for which he sentences people in his own court. He surely will be critisized by the natiom of the country and the jury itself. If you really want to play please make an unban appeal convincing us to unban you.


Secondly on the Shadow, i don't need to explain things here as sir Diamond explained the matter clearing everything. Yes Shadow needs a demotion. We will have a true loyal staff who'll really care about the server.

This makes no sense to me, and I don't think that I can say anything in an unban appeal that will be considered as a plus for me since all of you hate me.

No one hates you and no one loves anyone here. You just make an unban appeal stating a gurrantee that you'll not be repeating these mistakes, that is because so we know the player himself is serious enough to play here. As far as vampires matter is concerbed you may make a report and he will be punished if provided with valid evidence just like Vampire did.

There is no abuse found here. I don't think there's a need to ban Omar since he hasn't done anything wrong, and it's not fair to punish someone for his past mistakes, but Omar please be careful next time and abide by the rules. Also Shadow didn't see thd chat, he might be DMing and didn't carefully read the chat as it has happened with me often too. Even if Shadow saw the chat he shouldn't punish Omar more than a minor verbal warning. Vampire as I've said before to you, please don't behave immature, when your on the internet you will often see such words. As I can see no word is directed to you, and only 1 abuse was directed to Viper, and 1 parent abuse was also directed to Viper, but it was just an abbreviation just like the Urdu/Hindi abbreviation of BC and that was only used once. The abusing/insulting rule says to not abuse/insult Frequently. Omar might have purposely done that because he knew that he's not breaking a rule and wanted to see if you would report or not. Also I would like to give a minor warning to Omar to not use such negative words in the server as we want to create a friendly and peaceful environment. Fight with guns, not words as words are too overpowered over guns and this quote is also true in real life.
