I don't think title will be needed and whole procedure will be needed as this is a different kind of report more like as a notification if you do need it i'll do it.
Recently an admin test was given to us admin to check how much do we qualify for it, well from the beginning Shadow.Jack^ has been sending me loads of PM everywhere to giver him the answers.
At first i have been ignoring him so he mind it himself but as far as i know he has been sending it to many other admins too, im fed up this. This is clearly cheating, if you don't know the answers how can you qualify for the betterment of this server. I could have reported him to Rainbow but i'm sending reporting so that others don't do it.
I don't care if he is my clan's co-leader or not dedication and sincerity to duty comes first. I suggest to take action against him and ask him questions directly.

I'm really sorry sardar,but actually I couldn't able to understand that question because I didn't got the time to understand that how to do this in correct way due to i'm busy with my other things.I have tried to do that but it was getting incorrect frequently.So I asked you a hint that how to do this?I have completed my admin test recently and I did it myself.I just wanted to know a hint(how to do this),I wasn't asking the whole answer of that question.From now I will not do this again and follow the rules in future.Please forgive me and give me a chance.

If you are doing a test IRL, who are you allowed to ask? Not your fellow students (like sardar) that's cheating. You are allowed to ask your teacher (Rainbow Dash).
I'll make this perfectly clear: Any admins that asks for help from another admin or player that isn't Rainbow Dash (or maybe someone else above 7). We will consider a demotion. If the admin helping the other admin tells us the level 8 and +, we will reward them. If they try to hide it they will both be punished.

Well, Its not about help, Shadow is new admin and I'm sure he is getting confuse in questions, if he asked Sardar and Sardar don't want to help him ( which is right in admin test ) so Sardar must have to give him short explanation about the question not about answer, which is allowed I think..

Atm, a warning would be enough to make him realise his mistake and since he is new to staff, he'll understand and will not repeat it in future.

Trevor Agree.
You're warned before, You should not continue after a warn. So in plain terms you deserve punishment. Take this as a final warning and don't post anything from now on, Don't even try to apologize by saying "Sry, forgive me etc.". else you will have to face a temp ban as a consequence.

To be honest I believe that Jack only wanted to get the questions explained to him and not actually get the answers to them. We also going to send out clear messages from now on that says you can't ask anyone for help except Rainbow.
I think I will deny this report as this is technically not a real rule break and we didn't make it absolutely clear from the beginning that you aren't allowed to ask for help.
