What did he do? Describe please: He is a high level admin but still doesn't have any sense how to use the admin commands and in which situation are they used for, today he muted a player 'Aphroid' for an invalid reason. If someone says that its not spam please read the spam rule, he didn't even wrote it in a row.

I advised Error that this is an invalid reason and he got raged, he blamed me that you got Sufy demoted now see how i will get you demoted. (Sufy doesn't even have any connection with this).

As we have seen previously that in the past he was warned several times i demand a strict punishment against him not just a warn as i consider this an abuse to admin commands, blaming me anf provoking yet another big fight.

Post the logs of his previous warns as you have said above.
Even then this is still considered as an in-valid reason because this wasn't spam you can't change this fact. Also you did sone other rule breaks too and don't say thankyou for reporting it is my duty.

Updated with more links to his previous warns. He had been warmed for like 2 times and this is the time for his demotion as it was his last chance, when sensible admins will work for the server it will surely get official.

1- Luca had warned you before "You are getting an official and severe warning. Bear in mind that you are an administrator and such immature behaviour is not to be tolerated."

2-Angel had previously said on your last chance "If I don't see that you have the potential to be that one day you might as well get kicked.
So take this as a lesson and don't screw up this chance."

Well I agree, Aphrodi is a big spammer and I've verbally warned him, warned him, and muted him many times, but the last time I did he said he's sorry and won't do it again. In the screenshots posted Sardar it shows Aphrodi wasn't spamming and I feel bad for Aphrodi that he apologized to me and actually improved himself (unlike some people) and then got punished for an invalid reason.

Error I don't expect this from you because you're an old admin and at level 5 (I think, not sure) and this type of behavior might be seen from level 3-4 admins because they are new, but you should know the rules well.

Spamming by repeating a message or by flooding the chat with messages, is not allowed. Anyone that is caught spamming frequently should be warned, kicked or temp-banned, depending on how serious the spamming is.

two messages in one screenshot doesnt prove anything. there could have been 2 more messages prior to the screenshot. ghost confirmed that the player is a spammer but that he did apologies. spamming also count as: repeating every message 2-3 times to avoid the spam kicker, we cant know if the player wasnt doing that from just two screenshot. we need more context and since he was done this in the past im more on errors side until we get more withnesses from admins or more proof.

Killing another player the first 1-5 seconds on his/her normal spawning position is disallowed. Anyone who breaks this rule frequently should be punished with a warning, a kick, stat reset or a ban.

what does that rule say about: "shooting rockets at the spawnloc" it doesnt say much. but if you are shooting rockets at a place cops are spawning you are probably doing it with intention of spawn killing someone. but technically if you dont spawn kill people it doesnt go under the spawn killing but however:
if lucky would have warned that player for that reason and he would have said: well its not spawn killing until i kill someone and therefor i shouldnt be punished, it would count under the golden rule which says: you arent allowed to get around the rules.

so unless lucky warned someone that was not shooting at the spawnloc directly or/and didnt spawn kill anyone, its a valid reason.

Because explosion makes the player fall, which make the player easier to be killed, and it comes under because of that fall due to explosion, it comes under golden rule.

Technically CrystalBlue made the first auto spam mute back in beta if I remember correctly, which muted you for 30 sec for spamming 3 times and (or it might have been me) he added an auto kick for spamming while being muted. Rainboe if someone evades frquently and one day he comes and does nothing and you warn him for evade that is not justice. Smae story happened here but with the reason Mute. This matter should have been solved by demoting Error as he had already been several times warned. You guys don't want to solve even wuth every explanantion and it will go on.

No one can neglect this report by just giving out a last warning or just by giving chances(its already been done) as this is a democracy and not a dictatorship.

I request to punish the admin with a total demotion or decrease in level and don;t ignore it any further as i have provided enough proofs and the admin has been already on 2 warns.

heres the deal. those reports are old and hopefully he has learned a lesson from them in the past.

neon muted a guy for spamming. did he spam?
- the proof shows two messages thats not spam, but it doesnt show what happened before. maybe he typed it 2 times and repeated that 6 times? we cant know from the proof.
- ghost did confirm that this guy likes to spam which makes it likely that he would be spamming but we cant assume that.

i dont think demoting someone for muting a previous spammer is necessary unless it happens frequently. you need more reports with neon doing (with links to this report) for us to do anything about it.

neon: dont mute people unless you really have to. its only worth it to mute people who doesnt stop or is doing it on purpose.
