!time will be saved in the account file like this
TBAN=1
TBANTIME=(time)
(time) will be replaced by which time it will be when the ban is to end
when a tbanned player connects, if will check if the time is more that or is the time of unban, he wont be kicked and he will also get unbanned

That's exactly how the command will work. In my vehicleinactivity function I converted lastjoined (for a player) and !time into days and compared !time minus lastjoined. A temp-ban I will most likely do the same thing, but with hours. Hopefully the temp-ban command and everything else will be done until sunday.

The temp-ban command and everything is pretty much done, I got some exceptions to put into the "year" category, plus there isn't an auto kicker yet. I got yet another pawn error where the script doesn't do what it should do, Which is freaking annoying and doesn't make any sense. I will probably announce a checklist update tomorrow or later today.
