I am hosting the beta server that was used back in april on VRocker to test it out. Please join it. Things to note:
- When i first tested it crashed because I think the script wasn't loaded properly if you join please take a few friends with you and report to me what everyone did if it crashed (aka server restarted automatically)
- The password to the server is andrinerd. How is the VRocker host, any lag or something wrong compared to the normal one?

It's less laggy for me.
VKs main host = 150-190ping
VKs VR host = 120-150ping
Until and unless my internet isn't in the mood to be used
btw , I didn't face any problem regarding server restart or connection problem , while connecting VKs VR Host.

On the normal host my ping is about- 70
On the VRocker host- about 25
So I don't lag on either anyway xD

no1host.us is better i think.
My Ping is 230-260 but from some days because The company have some problems with underground fiber optic which is broken.So i can't judge currently but i can see it is same as in the main host.

Vrocker has got a download rate of 1gig/sec and upload is too the same, whilst [MK]gta5 the one hosting the no1.host.us provides a net speed like 800mb/s download and 500 up. So he is no way good in comparison with Vrocker and Also gta5 has less ram, That's why you can see that EC lags and warps a lot.
While XE never lagged even a bit. [MK]gta5 is no spring chicken anymore.

I tried connecting it but it shows up 'Lost connection to the server' or 'Connection to the server can't be established' everytime.

I think you made a good decision, I'm getting about 50 less ping than before and if people are getting good ping it will hopefully increase the player popularity of the server. Also I didn't face any crashing or any other problems.
