Re: [Solved] Dizziness
according to google the most common threatment is eating (you might have low blood sugar) if you play video games a lot its good to take breaks between 5-15 min every hour and if you are feeling dizzy the best thing to do other than eating is to sleep, rest your eyes or ears.
thats what i can find.

Re: [Solved] Dizziness
Read this xD
Got it from Google.
Dizziness is the feeling of being lightheaded, woozy, or unbalanced. It affects the sensory organs, specifically eyes and ears. It can cause fainting. Dizziness is not a disease but a symptom of other disorders.
Vertigo and disequilibrium may cause a feeling of dizziness, but those two terms describe different symptoms. Vertigo is characterized by a feeling of spinning. Disequilibrium is a loss of balance or equilibrium. True dizziness is the feeling of lightheadedness or nearly fainting.
Dizziness is common. The underlying cause of dizziness is usually not serious. Occasional dizziness is nothing to worry about.
Seek medical attention if you have recurring bouts of dizziness with no apparent cause. Also seek immediate help if you experience sudden dizziness along with a head injury, a headache, neck ache, blurred vision, hearing loss, a loss of motor ability, a loss of consciousness, or chest pain. These could indicate serious issues.
What Causes Dizziness?
Common causes of dizziness include inner-ear disorders, medications, and alcohol.
Dizziness is often a result of vertigo. It can also be caused by a problem in the inner ear, where balance is regulated. The most common cause of vertigo and vertigo-related dizziness is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). This causes short-term dizziness when a person changes positions quickly—for instance, when sitting up in bed.
Dizziness and vertigo can also be caused by Meniere’s disease (which causes fluid buildup in the ear), migraine, or acoustic neuroma, a benign growth on the nerve connecting the inner ear to the brain. Very rarely, vertigo could be caused by a stroke, brain hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, or another neurological disorder.
Other causes of dizziness include:
sudden drop in blood pressure, as may occur upon standing suddenly
heart muscle disease
decrease in blood volume
neurological conditions
side effect from medications
anxiety disorders
anemia (low iron)
hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
ear infection
dehydration
heat stroke
excessive exercise
motion sickness
What Are the Symptoms of Dizziness?
Symptoms of dizziness include:
lightheadedness
vertigo (spinning motion)
unsteadiness
loss of balance
sensation of floating or swimming
heavy-headedness
spaciness
Sometimes dizziness is accompanied by clamminess, nausea, vomiting, paleness, or losing consciousness.
How Is Dizziness Diagnosed?
A doctor can diagnose dizziness and its underlying cause by performing a physical examination. He or she will ask questions about a patient’s dizziness, including when it strikes, in what positions, where the symptoms are located, and the severity.
The doctor may also test a patient’s eyes and ears, observe the patient’s posture, and perform tests to check balance. Depending on the suspected cause, a CT scan or MRI might be recommended.
In some cases, no cause is determined.
How Is Dizziness Treated?
Treatment for dizziness focuses on the underlying cause. Often, at-home treatments, lifestyle changes, and medication can control the cause of dizziness.
To treat BBPV, a procedure can be performed to reposition the head. For inner-ear issues, medications and at-home exercises can help manage balance. Meniere’s disease is treated with diet and occasionally injections or ear surgery. Migraines are treated with medications and lifestyle changes, such as learning to identify and avoid migraine triggers. Medication can help with pain and nausea. Medication is often used for anxiety disorders. Drinking plenty of fluids can help when dizziness is caused by excessive exercise, heat, or dehydration.
Caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and any substances that affect balance or trigger dizziness should be avoided.
What Is the Outlook for Dizziness?
Most cases of dizziness clear up on their own when the underlying cause is treated. In rare cases, dizziness can be a sign of a more serious health problem.
Dizziness can cause serious complications when it causes fainting or a loss of balance. This can be especially dangerous when a person is driving or operating heavy machinery. Use caution if you feel a dizziness episode coming. If you become dizzy, stop driving immediately or find a safe place to steady yourself until it passes.

i searched on google but i want home treatment like something in eat and fast effective treatment . i have dizziness from 5 months i m sick . i hope guys u understand
Re: [Solved] Dizziness
Hari you need to see a doctor. If you have been facing this problem since last 5 months its a very serious matter. This might be related with your eyesight or something else but only a doctor can confirm that. Don't waste your time and go see a good doctor as soon as possible.
Take the full medication with a good diet and you'll be okay.

Re: [Solved] Dizziness
Dizziness is a general, non-specific term often used to describe a variety of associated symptoms, such as feeling faint, lightheaded, nauseous, weak or unsteady. If your dizziness is creating the sense that you or your surroundings are spinning, then that is more accurately called vertigo.[1] Dizziness is a common reason for doctor visits and is certainly uncomfortable or annoying to experience, but it's unlikely to represent a serious, life-threatening condition. There are many ways to overcome dizziness at home, but be aware of the "red flags" that signal the need for medical intervention.
Reduce your stress or anxiety
High levels of stress can cause changes in breathing rates and hormone levels, which can lead to dizziness or feelings of light-headedness and nausea. Certain anxiety disorders, such as panic attacks or various phobias also cause dizziness.[2] As such, reduce the stress and anxiety in your life as much as you can by communicating your feelings and trying to resolve relationship conflicts. Becoming less overwhelmed may reduce your dizzy spells.
Sometimes a change of job, reduced hours, a different schedule or working more from home can reduce stress and anxiety issues.
Natural stress-relieving practices you can try at home include meditation, yoga, tai chi and deep breathing exercises. Watching how-to videos online before you start can be helpful.

Lol you've been dizzy for 5 months? Are you playing video games too much without breaks or do they happen due to another reason. With all that 3d shit you can easily get dizzy if you play too much.
If this is not due to playing too many videos, seriously go to a doctor immediately.

Yeah it is not due to playing. first time a ball hit me on my head.
Its is due to ball!?? I think no. Because i have dizziness ball hit me and its after 1 month. I think i will die after sometime
Re: [Solved] Dizziness
Did you dizziness after you focus something for a long time then went out? Because that dizziness cure itself after about 5 seconds.
Or, sometimes you feel strange, I wasn't able describe it first but due to Wikipedia I found out light-headed. I'm not sure what causes it but you just have to sleep and it fixed.

Seriously, this is weird. Stress, anxiety and an overuse of the PC are things that I have done myself, and nothing so far. Perhaps the ball that hit your head made something go wrong.
