Heres script for msg block
add OnPlayerPrivmsg(playerid,recieverid) for knowing the person the pm was sent to

I have to say that I didn't think about this, It is actually a way to block /msg. If I decide to use a phone, this might work as a blocker, but everyone is so used to /msg, that it will just be annoying to use a phone instead.
As for now, I will put this as noted, since it is a roleplay script.

Maybe you should post to not use pm instead of phone in the startup text (When you join the server you see some text in the text box) about 1 week or 1 month before to get players used to it

This idea is actually very nice but I don't think we will be able to implement this in the script because the players should be able to communicate with each other OOCly. Anyway I will discuss this with Angel, maybe we will find a mroe suitable solution, like really blocking /msg so that the player can't send and the recipient don't get the message.
