Drift Killer this is considered as an invalid report for the following reasons.

1- You didn't follow the correct format. Whenever you report someone make sure to follow the correct format which can be found here : https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t19-how-to-make-a-rulebreaking-report-and-why

2-You didn't provide any evidence which is the basic thing for a report. Proof can be screen-shots, logs or videos according to the rule broken.

Report again with the correct format and proof if you have any.

plz report when ,when u have following evidences:
1: Active witness
2: Perfect Proofs
3: And use good English skills in Discribtion.
BTW u didn't provide any proofs so the admin can't take any action ,if u have any proof so post it fast before your report will deny.

To inform you or you can say repeat the rules again you are not allowed in anyway to post in reports which are not associated with you. Only those people can post who are witness to this report, admins or the reporter himself.

I appreciate you informed him of the rules but that has already been told him in details two times before your post.
The third reason you told him about perfect English is quiet inappropriate, you yourself made many mistakes such as 'Discribtion'. Not many of us Pakistani and Indians can speak English well. So while reporting understandable English is enough. We can easily understand what he is trying to say.

I hope you won't make us to repeat these things again for you in future.
