He replied to an abuse and abused and it's only 1 time that they abused each other. Any more proofs that can show that they were continuosly abusing?

Insulting: You're not allowed to insult other players frequently. Insulting someone includes calling players by offensive names and/or swearing at them. It is also not permitted to insult someones religion or culture. If a player is caught insulting another player frequently, he/she should be punished with a warning, kick or temp-ban depending on the circumstances. In 0.4 /mute is recommended as a first punishment.

Important word is "frequently".

As this is a one-time-thing, I will have to deny the report. Thanks for reporting though, we will keep an eye out.
