I Install VC-MP After Long Time
And I Want To Join Server
But Game Don't Start When I Want Connect To Server

Might be the ban evading system or the clan system. Could you try joining with a non VK name? to see if that solves anything? Can't check right now, but will try to check soon.

I tried to check I could not find anything to suggest why you would be kicked.

It never connects to the server no matter what?

Did you try running the browser in administrator mode?
