Hello guys, hope you are doing fine 
.
I am getting this error 0x000000c5 error from a month, but I am tired of it now. Actually whenever I install a application, take for example VC-MP, when I install it, it works fine but when I close it, or restart my pc above error appears. Though I've re-installed windows several times from windows 7 to 8 to 10, It error still pop ups.

I have reinstalled windows several times to fix this but didn't help. About visual problems no. As I said I have to install the app again to run it but after restarting pc error appears.
Like of steam, when I installed it, it worked fine, but after rebooting pc it shows that error. I have to reinstall application which I have to use to make it run.

Install microsoft security essentials, and scan ur pc

I faced this problem few days ago,
all i did to fix was
1 - go in This pc > right click properties> system advanced > advanced> turn on DEP > apply> restart pc
