Open Task Manager and check your memory usage, and where it's going.

you probably have some intel graphic card installed in your motherboard and you need to update its driver to get it start working.

Try downloading the client from pornhub website, maybe it'll work.

This is why you don't download apps titled "Game Booster" I think you have to do a system restore or reinstall your graphics driver

Try re-installing it with other setups of gta or try installing new windows that might be better.

Well, Your the program installed a wrong GPU driver so I recommaned you to check about the other drivers as well, like Audio/USB 3.0 etc.. You can check them using the windows drivers manger.
About your problem, You have to reinstall your GPU driver again and it gonna be solved, In Sha Allah.
