Hi there, Its Haseeb here.
I turned on VCMP in morning I got to see this problem:
What I was doing till now?
umm, I was thinking for the solution since I tried all the things I could.
I tried to change Generic.txd still same problem.
Re-installed VC and VCMP both.
Tried to play with normal non-moded game but still same issue.
I tried playing in LW there, Its fine.
Any solution?
This has happened to me before in LW, I used to play there then with an other VC just when I had to go LW i had to first change my VC directory, but that doesn't work here, although after some time that issue vanished.
But now It has appeared.

Try using this command in-game:
/setconfig game_streammem 512
Then restart the game.

- Running the game in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

Am sure it's coming from stream mem because I used high graphics mode and then I had same problem until I changed my stream mem to 512

copy your new models in gta vice city folder or maybe it work

because asis and cleo give same problem
mm try download my own gta vc if you net is good you will download this in 5minutes because Google drive have a best host for download
