Rulebreaker (in-game name):=SdS=Celestia
Date and time of Rulebreaking:JUST now
What did he do? Describe please:
I was on boat but suddenly my boat teleported near celestia.He did that just to kill me.The boat was unowned (as in screenshots) and how anyone can bring that unowned boat by /getcar id.Only admins can do that.
But celestia abused his admin powers to just kill me which is clearly voilating the rule of admin commands.
He did this before also but this time i have evidenceLevel in /suspects and /hackcheck info (Skip if you are not a server admin):
Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names):No one but screenshots are enough

You're providing a wrong scenario because Celestia doesn't access to /agetcar. How can he abuse that command? xd

It cant be a bug and he is a level 6 admin
Is it that he doesn't have access to that command but if not how the boat can teleport there in front of him?

Are you sure the boat was owned before? I checked logs and found that celestia used /sellcar 9. It was unowned when that teleported in front of him.
I suggest you to check my last kill and celestia time of selling that boat.

That's script abusing celestia. You have not reported this to me, thus this report is accepted. Don't repeat it again and if you come up with tricks how to use commands or anything to more easily kill players you should not use it until you get caught.
You know this is wrong and you didn't report it to me.
