[Solved] Anyone help me please!

Greetings and Assalam-o-alaikum to people of VKs family.
So the problem is that whenever I try to open gta vice city or gta vice city from vcmp browser it got crashed always and show some Unhandled exception error.
I tried every method + solution, Data execution , deleting , reinstalling and even 5 types of gta vice city but all show the same error.
I was playing vcmp in evening but when I shut down the computer and opened it after 4 or 5 hours the problem was continuously occurring.
I have tried removing the game files that can affect the game but still nothing happens, I read every article about these and almost every article give same solution I even went to Rockstar official website but didn't got anything.
Please it's an big and humble request to everybody to drop down your solutions or any video that can help me please.

U added any hud or something?
Plus try removing a hud even if its added by u along time ago.
If u can provide a video or ss of the error then maybe i can give u a solution.

He have already mentioned that he has reinstalled GTA Vice City with 5 different setups.

It's not game problem, it is mainly because of uninstalling C++ redists, or try to turn off windows firewall.

Thank you everyone for your helps.
Actually there was a problem in Windows I have changed back to my windows 7 (smooth) so no need to take tension.
