Alright then , I was killing pavonis and we all were trolling after all then when someone was teleporting uzaifa maybe i was using chainsaw and mo came in. It's all jokes and we weren't fighting for real and I apologized to me , mo himself can confirm that.

it should be noted those are server rules, and rulebreaking with a friend doesn't give someone immunity because he is your friend, it is like testing aimlock with few acquaintances, aimlock might seem much more serious but both rulebreaks are equally endangering the server's rules basis if lightly dealt with, which might lead to more and more rulebreaks under the same pretext.

2nd Read the rules carefully next time pls :
"An exception to this rule is damaging the player by shooting to an open area and objects that can be shown at different places on players' screens due to sync issues e.g a crate, a streetlight, a mailbox (basically an object that can be knocked or moved by players), will be punished with a warning on first offense and temp-ban on the second offense."
There is an exception in the rule that i was in an open area and i can easily run from him.
3rd thing I was out and he was in he can't see out side so it was my fault not him.

This not WG lol. The messages clearly shows i teleported to him and he chainsawed me. And by teleporting i was in there. So i didn't get wall-gliched. And also server was literally empty so we thought to have fun times around. But if you still go for rules as i was on him not outside the wall so it's not a WG.

the rule you stated is irrelevant and it is talking about stuff that moves in your screen like a plank of wood and other mobile objects, both of you were fighting in a static scenery prop, and he was aware of you running outside otherwise he wouldn't stick his chainsaw outside the booth directly towards you.

The thing is he was chainsawing me and uzaifa as we both were keep teleporting to him. And mo suddenly came near and got killed. Mo literally could have stayed away. Although, he still asked for apology as he didn't mean to kill him but us. Also the spot we were at was literally small. And we wouldn't do these with someone we don't know. As it was between ourselves we were doing it. And the person he killed doesn't mind with it as he didn't intend to do it.

mate let's say I did that on purpose and apologized to mo and he said don't do that again *that's what warn mean since verbal warns are no more* even i didn't mean to kill him and didn't know he was outside was just trying to kill someone teleporting to me. now can you leave it because that's sick and this report is most dumb one. grow up and stop following me to report me for silly reasons lol.

[EK]3more , Gave his defence and me the one who got wall-glitched explained everything ( Your witness ) and Pavonis said what happened ( he was there when that happened ).

( even though considering a place that tight, the camera should've definitely glitched out of it and thus 3more is aware of mo running towards him, and if 3moree really wanted to just chainsaw the ones teleporting to him, why would he stick to the left wall of the prop that somehow coincided with Mo^ running towards the booth )

that's disrespecting coming from a player, let alone an admin.

The report is valid and the evidence presents a wallglitch offense according to our current rules. The issue is that we had a part in the old rule which discussed that if there is not a wall surrounding the victim then it would be an exception for the wallglitching rule. That part was a little flawed and needed to be fixed, but because of the time and effort we had put in the last major rule update, that detail was missed. In such cases where there is an issue with the rule, we tend to close the report in order to resolve the rule and not punish an individual when they are not deserving of one. Actually it is these type of awkward situations that help us improve our rules therefore I am thankful this case has shown up.

Additionally, I would like to request Mo to behave in a more professional and mature manner in reports. In this case, you are a witness but also an admin, your reply would be fine as a witness, but not as an admin so please be aware of that and careful for the future. Also a request for Pavonis and Uzi to avoid posting in reports, I understand you guys were witnesses and were helping in the case, but there will be often times you feel your reply is important while we wouldn't and in those cases you would receive a forum warn. I'm not issueing a forum warn right now, because I felt your reply was important in helping us understand the situation, but for the future be careful and try to PM admins the information you'd like to contribute to be on the safe side. Even as a witness, the reply might not be important and in those cases admins could warn the witness too. Also Uzi, your post strayed off topic and you started verbally attacking the reporter after providing useful information, this won't be tolerated in future so be careful about it.

In conclusion, I would like 3more (especially since you are an admin you need to be a role model for players and therefore stay up to date with rules and be careful regarding small details within them) and all players to be a little more careful with this rule so we don't have to close more reports because it is not a preferable decision that we close reports with valid rulebreaks constantly due to our rule flaw. Also a request for Mo to be a little more professional and Pavonis/Uzi to be careful when replying to reports. Report will now be closed and we'll have a quick discussion in management and get back with an improved wallglitch rule. To add, the decision on this report can be changed if the management feel that the rule is perfectly alright and count this as a wallglitch offense that should be punished.

Update on the case:

Management has found no mistake in the new rule update, therefore 3more has violated the current wallglitch rule and will be warned in game and as an admin because we don't expect admins to break server rules. Management will continue to discuss the wallglitch rule to see if there's any improvement that can be made.
