What did he do? Describe please: Mute evade by disconnect + F1 HACK IN FIGHT , the videoo is very very very very very very very very very very very very clear!! , he was try to kill me when me DRIVERBY But he fail and i made 5 spree on him in the video you can see .

He Chase me for LOOOOOOOOOONG time before the mute evade but fail!!!!

There is definitely a mute evade offense in the video, but about the F1 hack, your aim was missing his head (was at neck) which is why you couldn't kill him.

Mute evade is definitely a rule break, but on 1 offense only a warn can be issued. @"MaSoN" it was clearly not a normal reconnect since we can clearly see you kept teleporting to him which is why you got muted and right after that you reconnected and continued teleporting to him which means you evaded the mute so you can continue chasing him. Therefore I am forced to accept the report. I request you to be more careful with rules as you're a level 9 admin and should know the rules well, level 9 admins aren't perfect so mistakes can still happen from us, but show your admin superiority in the staff by accepting your mistakes and apologizing.

I keep seeing a guy asking you to transfer his stats in the video and you keep ignoring it. I have noticed this many times and It makes me believe that you ignore your duties sometimes when no one is around.

Also it looks like to me that he paused his game. Because right when we got up, he got teleported slightly to the left, which is pretty common once someone pause their game. But either way I am not expert. I am opening the report again to hear Mason's response.

Update: I also checked in-game this guy hasn't had his stats transferred...

Explain the teleporting thing to me. VC-MP has probably changed a lot, but back in my Days that was how pause evading worked. You get teleported a Little on the other persons screen. What that usually means is that he moved you a Little while you were paused and when you got back, you teleported back to the location you paused your game.

Not accusing you of anything. I just want an explanation, since lag doesn't really work that way. Either way you should've been killed there and I don't buy that it's a coincidence that lags saves everyone nowadays. Perhaps Another rule is necessary.

oh you mean teleporting after getting up? lel its not evade it happenes to me many time IDK how but according to me if you are fighting with glitches and holding fire button you will fastly slightly tilt on a side, I many times escaped from headshots in this way, but this thing just trigs somehow which I never understood and it really looks like pause evade but its not

1. no one can argue that mason have been here for a while, he has been extremely helpful to the staff and havent to my knowledge been reported that much. this mistake isnt that serious since its hasnt been reported more than once (to my knowledge). however people might assume that hard working and high level admins get away with mistakes easier, thats not the case. masons as a level is expected to know the rules better and not make mistakes like this. i hope this doesnt come off as ungrateful since you are actually hard working as i said, but its simply more important that your small mistakes are pointed out and corrected compared to maybe that of a level 3 admin (since you have higher expection)

2. its not okay that you are ignoring stats transfers AT ALL! we are supposed to work together. im not that active on the server but at least when i join i do all the stats transfers. you play a lot and dont help out which is not okay. please read your pm for more details

either way the report is accepted with the punishment of a second degree warning, which includes a talk with me through pm. i hope the reporter accepts this and that he reports any more bad behavior in the future. we do not believe that this enough for a demotion, but if you believe mason is acting like this all the time, be sure to report him. the more accepted reports, the better your case.
