[Accepted] rank system

Add a rank system!
Like:-
<100 kills: Newbie
<200 kills: fighter
etc etc

NOTE:-
If your vote is +1, then u MAY tell the rank names too(including kills), It'll help Angel to add the rank names, its difficult to think Razz

Your vote should look like

Code:: My Vote: +1/-1

If vote is +1, then do this too.

Code:: <100 kills: Rank name

This is not necessary, this will just help angel to do it.

P.S:- Angel don't use DB, use a function

We had this in 0.3 so I think Angel can use the same names.

We should move the accepted topic to implemented section, and the others to their respective places.
Btw some topic like the IRC one, is accepted, but the accepted tag hasn't been added yet.

10000 - Unstoppable
20000 - Pro Assassin
30000 - Pro Swat
40000 - Pro Killer
50000 - Senior Killer
60000 - Head shooter
70000 - DM Pro
80000 - Death Machine
90000 - Legend
100000 - God

I just think of them, didn't google it or took the names from videos.
