Date the bug occured: hmm yesterday i think or wednesday xd
The command the bug belongs to: no cmd, it's the minigame
Description of the bug: Well i rob and rob and i do not get more stars im not killing cops but even i dont get stars when i rob

Probably, the bug is with you only. Did others checked it and same thing happened? If it's only you then it's your Vice City Single Player have the problem.

I tested the bug with DarkStyle before.
So this isn't Krlozz's problem only.

Thanks for reporting I am guessing this is a bug some people might not have reported since it gives them an advantage.
