Did restarting the cop job help at all?
Btw: check /coprewards. You should be able to see the requirement you need to unlock each ending now after you completed it the first time.

Unfortunately that's a bug caused by the latest update (4.3.1) I accidently moved some code to the wrong place. However, as you should know from looking at /coprewards (after completing the game).
I'll have a fix for this up as soon as possible. There are still two endings that can be unlocked with Germo being dead, so hopefully if you want to take all endings you can go for that or just wait until I have it fixed.
