You seem to be on bob mission 9 which is not supposed to be possible. There seems to be some bug with people reaching those missions even though they shouldn't. Do Alvin/postman.

I discovered the bug. Have you been writing /qaccept even though the questgiver told you he was busy?

Don't do it again. That's script abuse and I am going to reset the missions you've done. The fact that you didn't report that to me is also a rule break.
There was a mistake. He told me that he was busy and then I left him and went to play something else. After a while I came back. He told me you can play. As you see, no fighters came
