What did he do? Describe please:i am learning some skills with [HS] hari so I change my name because it will badly effect my stats I come with another nick I am learning but devil incountered wth is this he kicked me for stats padding why u guys make these nubs admins?

Eagle Please stop the stats padding if you use second nick to train you have to ask or its rule break if you dont ask it was my good that I used /alias to check it stats padding STOP it use use [ES_T]Eagle and Chprasi for no reason !

There is no rule against multi accounting. You are allowed to have multiple accounts on this server. In this case, as those 2 guys wanted to do training, there is no violation of the stats padding rule, becuase the rule says the following:

Stats padding: If you and one or more players attempt to get better stats by killing each other without offering resistance, then all players involved should get punished according to this rule. The punishment for stats padding is a warning, a stat reset or a temp-ban depending on the seriousness.

Nothing stated in this rule has been violated by either player.

Admins the problem is not in Devil the problem is in Eagle see my report he is rule-breaker

That is a whole different story though and has nothing to do with this report. Please dont go off topic, my friend. In this report the issue is about Devil kicking Eagle for multi accounting or more likely stats padding.

Duel evading is allowed and I do it sometimes also. However it may be counted as death evading if you do it when da other player is shooting.

As Harry said before, multi accounting is allowed according to the rule.
And as Crystal said Duel evading is allowed unless its a death evade.
3rd, Keep your other report out of this report because even though the rule breaker might be the same, but its a seperate report.

OK guys here is it, he is using training nick to train with hari he should ask first with some admin or Its like stats padding, If i say neon to come with another nick and lets fight then an admin come and ask why are you using that nick, he answered that I am training. Its totally like stats padding.

Don't kick people just for using another nick, you kicked me once when I used AsS clan tag with my nick but I don't like to make reports unless if it's very serious, 2ndly you're being like Sufy and you can see what happened with him for being rude with others.

Yes you shouldn't just kick someone for using another name, you need to spec them seeing if both are actually trying to fight and not just that 1 is standing in 1 place to get killed by the other which is stats padding.

as harry said stats padding is only when you use another nick name and let the other player kill you without fighting back. some people use it like this: you spawn and then the other player spawn kill you boost their stat. since he was training it means that he probably moved and fight back right?

should the report be accepted or did he actually just keep the training account from not moving so he could boost his kills?
