What about the justice when I unbanned you when Kurumi banned you for evade even though you abused the staff? If I would be unjust then I wouldn't have unbanned you in that moment. Also how about when I decreased your 3 day ban to a 1 day ban even though you didn't accept your mistake? Now you break a rule and get banned and you see I don't forgive you so you argue with me in PM, when you see I don't listen to you then you go to Angel and when you Angel won't help you either then you report Kurumi for old proofs just to take revenge on staff, when they're denied by me then you try to report me.

4K's reason for denying the report was valid, admins aren't obliged to take action whenever a rule is broken even if they aren't aware of it.
You'd also need to collect more instances of neglect if you want to have a valid case.
