I suggest adding a command which adds up the cost of a person's total assets. It should include properties, vehicles, cash in hand, cash in bank, custom properties, custom vehicles, and upgrades. It would be a good feature to calculate your financial progress since you started playing the game. It's not important, and shouldn't be prioritized, but it's a good feature to add if you have time.

Its price should indeed be fixed. Fleka didn't even pay for the property, so its price should be reduced to about 10 million, the same as the other police station in the area.
