You see sometimes some someone needs Vk Tokens or dummycoins I want to give but,the problem is I can't just send.So,I want Angel do something in the script so I can send Vk Tokens and Dummycoins.

No, this would cause players do false accounts too much often, only for sending Vk tokens to their real accounts. And doing that with Vk tokens will be a problem way too serious, more than with the cash, wich is against the rules.

There are many ways to get tokens. If others can give tokens to players it will be kinda useless. Denied.

Yeah VK tokens are kinda designed so they can only be earned through events and daily activities. Maybe sharing them with a friend sounds like a good idea, but unfortunately, that would also mean you could create 10 accounts and complete a simple job 10 times and then transfer your tokens to one account as well.
The tokens will and always will be account bound for this reason. It was designed to be account bound.
