CANT OPEN GTA VC

ASSALAM U ALIKUM AND HELLO.
I am making this topic, sot that i cant play vks server(useless line).When ever i try to open any server (specially vks) it just hang (crash) at the downloading page I cant make video becuz of crash it didnt even open properly plz guys help me. I also reinstal gta vc and download and install gta vc from other websites but same problem. Is that the problem of vcmp or gta vc

Grand Theft Auto Vice City: Fully Original Version with No Errors!

PS : If you'll still get that error, then just click on the server, then "Not Responding" Error will again comes up, just close it by doing click on your upper, right side X Button. Close the program, then again click on server and it will open.
After that, when you will on skin selection, you will get very low FPS , your game will lag hard. So, while running the game in the background go AFK and open your "Windows Task Manager" and just do End Process the "rundll32.exe" or if you have the 64-BIT Version of your Windows Operating System, then it will be "rundll64.exe" just end this process and your game became completely FIXED!!!. 
Just keep in mind, the problem you're getting is very normal to every VC-MP Player, you'll always need to do these all steps, whenever you want to play in any VC-MP Server!

Try to run VC.exe and VCMP.exe both in compatibility mode with Windows XP (Server2) and Run it as an Administrator.
