He has improved alot in these days, he doesnt send loads of pm, he improved his behaviour, i dont see him fighting with anyone.

hmm this is a hard one. 8 yes vs 7 no. according to what angel said in the past you must have 2-3 more yes votes than no votes to get accepted. i will talk to the higher ups.
