[Denied] Server Suggestion.

My Suggestion is:
1- /setpropweather
You Know, some people like sunny, others like night , others like rainy etc. so this cmd will allow you to set your own prop weather.
--------------------------------------------------
2- /setproptime
Same as weather but to choose the time.
--------------------------------------------------
3- /setpropdamage <1/off/2/3/4>
Set Prop Damage is cmd that changes the weapon Damage. off - normal. 1 - -1 of norma. 2 - x2 - 3 x3 - 4 x4
--------------------------------------------------
4- /setpropghost
is a cmd that make you spawn as ghost. (only players who got /ghostmode will understand)
--------------------------------------------------
5- /addfreezepickup <Duration>
if u touch the pickup, u will be freezed for the time that the pickup maker wrote.

6- update for /addkillpickup
make it /addkillpickup <0/1000-60000>
i mean, add timer to the kill pickup.

You can't set the weather nor time for a specific world; it sets the weather/time globally. This includes the kill delay. The rest of the suggestions, it's acceptable.

1-2. Doesn't the new custom skies objects makes it like you've changed the weather?
As Kurumi said, the time and weather are set globally in the server. Would be great if worlds had a custom time, but it's not possible in vcmp so rip.
3. Not sure about this. I feel it's useless.
4. I disagree, the /ghostmode is a command which you unlock in Secrets of VKs, It would be bad to give everyone that command even if it's in the prop.
I suggest to make it that we can disable the ghostmode command usage in props as many players will of course abuse that command in unfair ways (especially in events).
5. Might be useful for events.
6. Don't see the point in delaying the kill if you're gonna die eventually when touching the pickup.
