I don't really think he's using aimlock, however, I can't really confirm this if you'd show more footage.

As I told Jack , as soon as I reported him , and I go in-game and check if he is in the game , he was not.
So I couldn't get more footage , but i'm 100% percent sure he was using aimlock.
In the 2nd video there was another guy who was killed , and if you look closely when i jump of the thing I was on top,
You could see the first guy who was killed ".SlendermaN" if i'm not wrong , and you could see all the bullets coming from above in a straight line , he didn't even see me , he just flicked at me.

I can clearly see flick in second video, his target set to black as soon as other one was killed, waiting for other admins's opinion.
