Multi Duel means doing multi duels , it will help in clan wars like /war <team1(clantag)> <team2(clantag)> and then other players if want to see the war then they can /watch

Ctf is not good for war purpose because many other players also join ctf and interrupt war so its +1 for this suggestion.

Nope, CTF and A/D (Attack and Defence) are the best game modes for clan wars. It would be hard to manage clan wars if it was like you said and it wouldn't be organized.
There are servers that support clan wars, the whole server gets locked and prepared with the bases the clans mention in their clan war request topic on the server's forum. I think it's possible to organize clan wars here on VKs as event staff and admins have the ability to kick players from a minigame and can do /lockstart, but the problem is Marcus hosts CTF events sometimes which of course will make players who want to join the event go crazy if they find the minigame locked.

Use /team spawn pickups in you nerd props and do wars there. You have lock prop and prop kick o. Your side. And if anyone changes team kick him from clan lol.
