Hey Guys ,
As you guys know that many of players are newbies or having no any forum account , and whenever they break any small rule ( means warn) , they don't know that they are warned .
So suggest angel to add command /sendwarn or /mail to inform the player that they have been warned .

The suggestion of changes of warn system is already suggested by 4K.Currently,the management team is a discussing about it.

So you are saying when the player joins the game again he gets a message that you were warned by xyz on xyz date and time. Reason xyz?

Instead, he should add a cmd /checkwarn to check the list of warnings and update the warn cmd that if thebplayer if online, announce to him, "Warned". If he is offline, then your suggestion too.
