Description of the bug: when i killed someone in duel i am not freeze ...????

Its a VCMP bug, that when you go in FPV Mode the function IsFrozen does not apply to you, hence you don't get frozen. This was also a rule break before but is now fixed.

1- it becouse u was using FPV Mode
2- Lub u becouse u posted Helathien RQ xD
