Server Patch 4.5
Note: It's only been a month since the last patch, so this patch is fairly big for it only being 1 month work and due to the fact that I've been very busy this month as well. No jobs are added this patch. /cop still goes on for a bit longer if you want all rewards. A job and even the library system has been pushed to the next patch. Some suggestions you guys had on improving the server came in a little late as well and might be added in a few weeks instead.
I do my best to provide as much content as possible to you guys. Hope you'll enjoy this and stick around for 4.6 or 5.0, or whatever patch comes next.
Patch 4.5
General
New things:
- A property stats system has been adding. Allowing you to create and manage your own property cash, upgrades, kills and deaths for every player who has ever entered your property. More details in the command section where I detail the command or the property cash system section.
- A new radio system has been added by Helathien, that allows you upload your own music at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] add your song using the links with /addsong and then play them with /playsong. Note that some users with potato PCs might have to wait 10-30 seconds before the songs start playing. Other players can hear the song as well by going to radio station created with your own name. Admins can also removesongs with /removesong.
- A minigame called fallout has been added. The goal is to not fall down. Any players who fall down will lose, but still be able to spectate until one winner is the last man standing. There are three modes 1 = Normal mode. 2 = hard mode. 3 = Normal mode but you have PM9 to shoot other players as well. Note: The game can be played alone as well. The minigame can be accessed with /fallout and is only a minigame you can play for fun (at the moment)
- A minigame called derby has been added. You can spawn in one of 21 vehicles at the arena. Your goal is to get to the pickup first. If you get a pickup you will receive a score and a new pickup will be spawned on the map. Compete alone or with friends. There is really no purpose with this minigame right now unless some event staff members want to set a score limit for their event for example: The first one to get to 50 score wins my reward.
- Added the /setnpchealth and /setnpcdamage command for updating the health and damage of npc's in properties.
- /resetminigamestats has been added to reset peoples time on toplists involving minigames.
- /minigamekick has been added for kicking people out of properties/minigames/activities if needed.
- Added a /accid for displaying account IDs for higher level admins.
- Three NPCs has been added. Genna James from the cop job has been added to malibu together with Bodyguard Bill and Bodyguard phil. If you're bored you can pick a fight with them and test the new NPC type. Why are they added? You can find out in the library script in the upcoming patch.
- Marcus for some reason is angry with me for not adding an anti drown script when exiting properties and minigames, so he will now try his best to save you all.
- Added an /enterpickuprange command which will allow property members to simulate the effect of everything every pickup from the selected range's start and end. It also allows for pickups to be triggered even in editing mode.
- A /discord command giving a permanent invitation to our discord server has been added so players can get it in-game without having to visit the forum.
- Added a few custom cars in world one (the airplane) and the quad bike. Did it a while ago.
- Added credits for Halo, Vampire and Helathien as beta testers both in /credit and at the start.
- Added credits in /credit for Helathien for making the /addsong & /playsong system.
- Created a new type of script that allows variables to be added/created on the server, which might be useful for the future (or even in this patch).
Improvements:
- Marcus will now announce when there is 60 seconds, 30 seconds and 15 seconds left to his events, increasing the chances that players will join. This tactic is used by the event staff members and it's not good that the last marcus announcement is that he will start it in 2 minutes.
- A new sort of NPC setting has been added that is so far only available for world 1 NPCs, which is that NPCs with this setting won't attack you unless you attack them first. If you attack one NPCs the other will also watch and listen to the gun shots, if they can hear or see them as well, they're very likely to assist the NPC you're attacking. So far there is only three NPCs that I added for this test.
- NPC no longer detect you if you're too far up or too far down from their height.
- Decreased the NPC detect setting for most property NPCs down from 200 to 50.
- Improvement in the NPC system has been implemented by only allowing 24 NPCs to attack you at once. If more NPCs are targetted by you they will simply not until they can have a spot to attack you at.
- You can no longer out run most NPCs. This also fixes a bug in the cop job that forces you to restart some missions if you run away from the attacks.
- When in the /cop mission where you find the mall bombs the message when you pickup a bomb will appear saying how many bombs you have left to disarm/pickup.
- You can now /propkick level 1-4 property members as long as you're the same or higher level than the player you're trying to kick.
- /configmessage off now shows who killed you and who you killed, which is something that was annoying about the command for people like me who gets spammed.
- You now get full HP when exiting properties and minigames.
- If you /ignore someone, they should no longer be able to spam you with /ignore followed by /unignore, since those players will be blocked by /ignore from now on.
- Marcus vehicle battle events have been moved around and should be more rare now, since even I think they're boring as hell + sometimes the deaths are not even counted, thanks to VC-MP.
- You can use the new beta shark skin ID 212 with /addpropskin and /addskinpickup.
- Parkour now displays the winner to the losers as well (just like /race does it).
- Level 8 admins can now use /addobject in every property. Since they are already allowed to do everything else anyways. (before you had to either add yourself to the property or use L to copy objects to help newbies, which is kinda annoying). Level 8 admins are trusted so no one needs to worry about this.
- The level 8 admin command addupgrade is now moved to /addzoneupgrade so that property users have the addupgrade command.
- The setteam command now changes the team color of the player in question as well. I know not many admins use this command, but the fix was easy and it kinda annoyed me that the color wasn't set properly.
- Updated the /joinminigame syntax adding a few more minigame commands to the syntax that you can use instead of the command directly.
- propspectatedisabled now has the alternatives: /setpropspec /setpropspectate, so it becomes similar to the rest of the commands.
- I might do it after I release the patch, but it's time move that annoying car at sunshine, that is near the location you teleport after exiting a race, that you always enter by mistake.
- I think selectwep should be gone from the /ctf commnad list now. Apparently I added that command and commented it away, properly because it didn't work and I didn't feel like wasting my time on it whenever that was.
- updated /rules, slightly which is a lesser but shorter version of the rules.
- /propertyhelp has been updated like usual.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed the issue with the ban commands not registering the ban when entering some symbols into the reasons.
- Attempted to fix the issue of players not receiving the right skin or spawning at the wrong location due to lag.
- Attempted to fix the bug (in as many cases as I can) that allows players to heal, teleport or do whatever while being frozen.
- Fixed a bug with players not getting any weapons when respawning in the /cardealer job.
- Fixed a bug with a lot of /setprop... commands returning an error when entering an invalid property into the command.
- Fixed the bug that resulted in every pickup being wrong in the last part of the cop job if two players were in the dream at the same time.
- Fixed a bug with the a temp variable in the cop job not updating. Basically someone Arrested coco in their first playthrough. Then they re-did the job with Germo being alive and stopping the fight to begin with. Then on the mission afterwards coco was in her cell even though she wasn't arrested. Luckily the database variable is updated so people who have done the same doesn't have to worry about it (since you can't do that mission and then do the final one in just one day).
- Fixed a bug with walking josho back to germo. Not sure if I added this one earlier.
- Marcus will no longer mistaken /onehitkill for /fistfight in some of his messages.
- Fixed a bug with /propstats not displaying the right NPC amount.
- Removed the <Index> from the syntax of unlockpickuprange and lockpickuprange, that didn't really have any purpose.
- Fixed a bug with /propertystats having /propinfo's syntax.
- Added a missing space in the /uid command that I haven't noticed before.
- Fixed a bug in /news that claimed that the patch 4.4.1 was added on the 58th of july instead of the actual date.
- Apparently I fixed a random bug with spheres that's hard to explain, but not even I remember what I did lol. I think someone triggered a bug on the normal server, I saw the error log and noticed something that I quickly fixed.
Property Stats System
A new property stats system has been introduced that allows for players to enable statistics such as: Cash, upgrades, kills and deaths that are tied to the property only. What follows here is a guide and list of usage.
- /propstatshelp and /propupgradehelp can be used to explain it in-game. The guide I make here is not as complicated as it might seem.
- Property statistic is enabled through the command /setpropstats on.
- You can also enable/disable the stats from being saved for each player when they exit the property, by using /setpropstatssave on/off.
- /addclearstatspickup can also be used to clear the stats when a player enters it.
- Once property stats is enabled, property cash can be earned in each property in whatever the way the owner decides. For example it can be something only the owner or a level 4 member can give players with /setplayerpropcash. It can be something you only unlock from killing players, NPCs or even both using /setpropcashreward <Cash>. You can even set a specific amount of cash you earn for killing one NPC (if you for example want to make a boss with the command /setnpcdamage and /setnpchealth) with the command /setnpccash. The cash itself can be used to interact with any pickups for any amount the builder desires with /changepickupcost. You can even make a pickup that gives you property cash and then teleports you to the start of the property with /addcashpickup. The cash is disabled in /cash for each particular property. No stats here is shared between properties, there is different stats for each property.
- Property Upgrades can be added with /addupgrade and removed with /removeupgrade. You can display them for the property and for each player using /allpropupgrades and /propupgrades <player>. The system allows you to tie an upgrade to a specific pickup so that players require that upgrade to enter the pickup. You can use the upgrades anyway you want. One example is to only give them out to players directly with /givepropupgrade (/addplayerupgrade) or remove them with /removeplayerupgrade. You can also have the players purchase them using the /addupgradepickup command and /changepickupupgrade <Amount of property cash it will cost>. Alternatively you can also have NPCs drop them using /setnpcupgrade.
- Property kills and deaths can be counted in the property with the stats system enabled. Kills and deaths are as always displayed in /stats.
Commands
General Commands:
/discord: Displays a permanent invitation link players on the server can enter to join our discord server, similar to how /forum works.
/fallout: Enters the fallout minigame.
/derby: Enters the derby minigame.
/addsong: Adds a song using the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] link after you upload an MP3.
/playsong: Plays a song in a car on a custom radio with your name, that has been added in /addsong.
/removesong: Removes a song added with /addsong, can only be used by admins.
/minigamekick: Kicks a player from a minigame/property/activity. Only usable for admins.
/addzoneupgrade: This command is basically the old /addupgrade command. It has been moved to this name in favour of the property stats system.
/accid: Will display a players account ID so admins higher than level 8 don't have to search for it (at least when dealing with players who are online).
/resetminigamestats: This command can be used to more easily reset a players parkour/race/death race time in case they cheat on the toplists. Before we had to do it manually which can be annoying. This command will reset all the "best times" of that player by the admin simply putting in the name of the player. This will hopefully make it easier for level 8+ admins to manage toplist cheaters.
Remember that if you hack to get to the top of the toplist you get a ban. So be careful.
Property/Property stats commands:
/enterpickuprange: Enters a range of pickups that you will enter/activate so that you don't have to walk over to the pickups yourself and enter them.
/setnpchealth: Defines the amount of health an NPC in your property has.
/setnpcdamage: Defines the amount of damage an NPC in your property makes.
/propupgradehelp: This command will help you to understand some of the commands better.
/setpropstats: This command is off by default. Enabling this command will activate the property stats system. The property stats system allows for property kills/deaths in /stats, property cash in /cash and upgrades specific for a property that players can get.
/setpropstatssave: This command is off by default. If you turn it on, the upgrades, cash and stats of a player in your property will be saved.
/allpropupgrades: This command will display all the property upgrades that exist within a property. (that you can add with addupgrade and remove with removeupgrade).
/propupgrades: This command will display the property upgrades you or a player has unlocked in the property, when he/you is in the property.
/addupgrade: This command adds an upgrade to the property. You can define a name and an ID for the upgrade as well as a description. Description can be like: What the item is, how to unlock it or even be nothing if you don't want to. The description is displayed in the allpropupgrades and the propupgrade command.
/removeupgrade: Removes an upgrade from a property in case you don't want to use one anymore. All scripts should work fine, but it's recommend that you remove or change all pickups/NPCs that are dependent on the upgrade.
/addplayerupgrade: This command can only be used by level 4 and up. It will set the property cash of yourself or any player in your property. The property cash can be used to buy pickup uses in the property. For example a hotel key that be used to open a certain door.
/removeplayerupgrade: Removes the property upgrade of a player. It can be used by level 4 property members and the owner.
/setpropplayercash / givepropcash: This command can be used by a level 4 or higher to se the property cash of a certain player in your property. This cash can be used to interact with pickups.
/changepickupupgrade: This command can be used to set a required upgrade the player needs to have to active/trigger the pickup. For example: You can create a hotel key with /addupgrade and then use this command to make it so the pickup can only be triggered/activated when a player with the upgrade enters it.
/changepickupcash: You can use this command to define how much property cash a player will lose when entering a pickup.
/setpropcashreward: This command be used to set the amount of default cash players and NPCs drop for the killers. For NPCs you can even change the reward for some kills with setnpccash. This value is currently 0 by default.
/addclearstatspickup: Adds a pickup that clears all the property stats when entering it.
/addupgradepickup: Adds a pickup that gives you an upgrade. You can use this with changepickupcash to define a price players have to pay for getting an upgrade.
/addcashpickup: Adds a pickup that gives you cash. It will also teleport you to the beginning of the map so players can't just stand and get more cash (since that would ruin the point to begin with).
/setnpccash:
Defines how much cash an NPC drops. If you want for example most NPCs to drop the same cash, it's recommended that you use /setpropcashreward. Putting the value of an NPCs cash to 0 means that the player will either get 0 in cash or the /setpropcashreward.
/setnpcupgrade: Defines what upgrade if any the NPC drops. Upgrade 0 means no upgrade is dropped, which is the default value.

A new property stats system has been introduced that allows for players to enable statistics such as: Cash, upgrades, kills and deaths that are tied to the property only. What follows here is a guide and list of usage.
- /propstatshelp and /propupgradehelp can be used to explain it in-game. The guide I make here is not as complicated as it might seem.
- Property statistic is enabled through the command /setpropstats on.
- You can also enable/disable the stats from being saved for each player when they exit the property, by using /setpropstatssave on/off.
- /addclearstatspickup can also be used to clear the stats when a player enters it.
- Once property stats is enabled, property cash can be earned in each property in whatever the way the owner decides. For example it can be something only the owner or a level 4 member can give players with /setplayerpropcash. It can be something you only unlock from killing players, NPCs or even both using /setpropcashreward <Cash>. You can even set a specific amount of cash you earn for killing one NPC (if you for example want to make a boss with the command /setnpcdamage and /setnpchealth) with the command /setnpccash. The cash itself can be used to interact with any pickups for any amount the builder desires with /changepickupcost. You can even make a pickup that gives you property cash and then teleports you to the start of the property with /addcashpickup. The cash is disabled in /cash for each particular property. No stats here is shared between properties, there is different stats for each property.
- Property Upgrades can be added with /addupgrade and removed with /removeupgrade. You can display them for the property and for each player using /allpropupgrades and /propupgrades <player>. The system allows you to tie an upgrade to a specific pickup so that players require that upgrade to enter the pickup. You can use the upgrades anyway you want. One example is to only give them out to players directly with /givepropupgrade (/addplayerupgrade) or remove them with /removeplayerupgrade. You can also have the players purchase them using the /addupgradepickup command and /changepickupupgrade <Amount of property cash it will cost>. Alternatively you can also have NPCs drop them using /setnpcupgrade.
- Property kills and deaths can be counted in the property with the stats system enabled. Kills and deaths are as always displayed in /stats.
Commands
General Commands:
/discord: Displays a permanent invitation link players on the server can enter to join our discord server, similar to how /forum works.
/fallout: Enters the fallout minigame.
/derby: Enters the derby minigame.
/addsong: Adds a song using the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] link after you upload an MP3.
/playsong: Plays a song in a car on a custom radio with your name, that has been added in /addsong.
/removesong: Removes a song added with /addsong, can only be used by admins.
/minigamekick: Kicks a player from a minigame/property/activity. Only usable for admins.
/addzoneupgrade: This command is basically the old /addupgrade command. It has been moved to this name in favour of the property stats system.
/accid: Will display a players account ID so admins higher than level 8 don't have to search for it (at least when dealing with players who are online).
/resetminigamestats: This command can be used to more easily reset a players parkour/race/death race time in case they cheat on the toplists. Before we had to do it manually which can be annoying. This command will reset all the "best times" of that player by the admin simply putting in the name of the player. This will hopefully make it easier for level 8+ admins to manage toplist cheaters.
Remember that if you hack to get to the top of the toplist you get a ban. So be careful.
Property/Property stats commands:
/enterpickuprange: Enters a range of pickups that you will enter/activate so that you don't have to walk over to the pickups yourself and enter them.
/setnpchealth: Defines the amount of health an NPC in your property has.
/setnpcdamage: Defines the amount of damage an NPC in your property makes.
/propupgradehelp: This command will help you to understand some of the commands better.
/setpropstats: This command is off by default. Enabling this command will activate the property stats system. The property stats system allows for property kills/deaths in /stats, property cash in /cash and upgrades specific for a property that players can get.
/setpropstatssave: This command is off by default. If you turn it on, the upgrades, cash and stats of a player in your property will be saved.
/allpropupgrades: This command will display all the property upgrades that exist within a property. (that you can add with addupgrade and remove with removeupgrade).
/propupgrades: This command will display the property upgrades you or a player has unlocked in the property, when he/you is in the property.
/addupgrade: This command adds an upgrade to the property. You can define a name and an ID for the upgrade as well as a description. Description can be like: What the item is, how to unlock it or even be nothing if you don't want to. The description is displayed in the allpropupgrades and the propupgrade command.
/removeupgrade: Removes an upgrade from a property in case you don't want to use one anymore. All scripts should work fine, but it's recommend that you remove or change all pickups/NPCs that are dependent on the upgrade.
/addplayerupgrade: This command can only be used by level 4 and up. It will set the property cash of yourself or any player in your property. The property cash can be used to buy pickup uses in the property. For example a hotel key that be used to open a certain door.
/removeplayerupgrade: Removes the property upgrade of a player. It can be used by level 4 property members and the owner.
/setpropplayercash / givepropcash: This command can be used by a level 4 or higher to se the property cash of a certain player in your property. This cash can be used to interact with pickups.
/changepickupupgrade: This command can be used to set a required upgrade the player needs to have to active/trigger the pickup. For example: You can create a hotel key with /addupgrade and then use this command to make it so the pickup can only be triggered/activated when a player with the upgrade enters it.
/changepickupcash: You can use this command to define how much property cash a player will lose when entering a pickup.
/setpropcashreward: This command be used to set the amount of default cash players and NPCs drop for the killers. For NPCs you can even change the reward for some kills with setnpccash. This value is currently 0 by default.
/addclearstatspickup: Adds a pickup that clears all the property stats when entering it.
/addupgradepickup: Adds a pickup that gives you an upgrade. You can use this with changepickupcash to define a price players have to pay for getting an upgrade.
/addcashpickup: Adds a pickup that gives you cash. It will also teleport you to the beginning of the map so players can't just stand and get more cash (since that would ruin the point to begin with).
/setnpccash:
Defines how much cash an NPC drops. If you want for example most NPCs to drop the same cash, it's recommended that you use /setpropcashreward. Putting the value of an NPCs cash to 0 means that the player will either get 0 in cash or the /setpropcashreward.
/setnpcupgrade: Defines what upgrade if any the NPC drops. Upgrade 0 means no upgrade is dropped, which is the default value.

The new prop system will help in Nerd events like Kurumi which always fail because Kurumi can't handle them jeje. It will be helpful for him. And hopefully he can make a good event for once.

Great updates but sadly without GUI and with these tons of commands, managing props became hard, i have to search to get a command and sometimes i forgot that is really annoying tho, when you gonna think about GUIs for managing props?

Pretty much use /cmds 4 to cmds 7 I believe. I got plans for that, but right now it's not on the top of my priority list. Rel006 has to be released first and then I might add that.

See the last part "A while ago" that implies that I did it prior to patch 4.5, but included it in these patch notes. If I add new custom models I will write it at the top of the update like I always do. Added Two brand new models and such.
