nope that one sucks its called IVMP and its horrible no one plays it it has been dead since 2011 there's another one called citizen iv with peds and traffic sync but its buggy and not as good as the offical multiplayer the offical one has different gamemodes but citizen iv only has one unless someone makes a server with scripts

vcmp doesn't suck it's the community that sucks the mod itself is great it has the best sync currently for gta vice city and i respect for the developers for making such a great mod but there is really nothing new to it anymore there are no updates since there are no devs for it anymore it got really repetitive just dming people and getting abused by them and ofcourse there are roleplay servers which arent that much better

Stormeus was active 2 days ago. All of the active members are talking about this project and hopefully he is going to hire new devs to make the mod green again.
