Another Advantage of this is it will prevent evade from
drowning in water then being killed

Looks like, you changed a global function. This will make the server super laggy and will also be bad for those who jump their cars in water. - 1

Well there is already a function I made called OnPlayerDrown. Marcus uses it for his event to teleport people who drown back to the property position. The two questions regarding this is:
1. Do people want this?
2. How do we make sure you're teleported to a good position and that you never get teleported back to the water for example.
3. How do we make sure this is not abused?
My thoughts:
1. Up for discussion.
2. Perhaps the best way is for me to just collect 20-50 locations near the water and teleport you to the closest one. Another option is to try to calculate or save the position you were last at when you were on land. The alternative might be risky with lag and stuff causing trouble.
3. I can probably freeze the player for 5 seconds while he is being teleported, which will make it similar to using /gotoloc or /goto when you drown in the water now.

Yes,the Marcus Anti-drown System is enough,and you could freeze the player for 10 seconds to avoid evading(in a fight)
As the location, you can make the player back to his spawn location(What we want is not die after all,so the location doesn't matter).
