Extra-Note :Well, Everyone knows that my ping spikes time to time those days. As you can see in the LOG it spiked to +1000 while i was knocked down and signal was shooting me with m60 while i was down but just after that when i reply (my ping) then my ping became normaly and signal warned me for pause evade.
Ps: He checked my ping after that not when i was knocked down

Well its true I warned him for pausing and later he requested to unwarn as he said it was ping spike, so i told him to pm me log on forum to revert warn, he agreed to send [Closed] Admin report - SiGNaL F1k75k8

Then I was waiting for him to message me after sending a PM here instead he was like threatening me

That made me think he is lying about the ping excuse and I temp banned him after checking his alias (since this is not the first time he is death evading), later he shared the log in PM and I unbanned him.
I doubt he might have fabricated the evidence.

Well, threat doesn't nessacarily mean he's lying, it can also mean he is very confident and has proof of defense that he is innocent. What do you mean in the last sentence? You suspect he fabricated evidence or not?

As Angel has said, we need to be a little careful with the ban/tempban command, if you saw there is possibility it could be lag so it would be best to wait for his chatlog and then after analyzing it then you could proceed with a ban if the evidence was fabricated or it didn't prove his innocense. Anyway, Samir please send me your full chatlog file of the time this incident had occured, and please even if it doesn't prove your innocence don't try to edit it because you know I've can detect it as I detected Stylish and his punishment had increased.

I wouldn't have banned him if he'd have shared me the log when I asked him instead of making things worse like threatening, I even killed players with 1k+ lag with m6 and mol but Samir was immortal (paused) when 4 of us were shooting with m60 around him, and he got killed the same time when he typed some random words as shown in his log.

He agreed to send me the log and later he reacted differently, this made me think he was lying, I still do.

Sorry, after re checking, the logs seem clear. Although it's still not that likely that you can easily evade with lag, but about the pause evade theory it's also wrong since you can't avoid m60 damage by pausing and if you minimized your game then you wouldn't be getting up. The only possibility is hack or lag and since there isn't much evidence of hack and the because of the possibility of lag we can't claim it's hack. So in this case we have to accept that it was a wrong punishment and in conclusion we are to believe it was lag. As Signal has already unbanned you (undone the punishment) the report will be closed because it wasn't an intentional mistake and can happen with anyone. To Signal, please be a little more careful with ban/tempban and make sure you have calculated and considered all possibilities.
