P.S: Signal even if you were testing bug with someone you could do it in private props cuz here are the public players. I wouldn't report if you were testing bugs with someone in private prop.

I was testing a bug with Maxpayne when Naruto and Rule was looking at me, Pavonis was messing with Rule, I was not fighting any of them ,Rule, Maxpayne, Naruto and Alone knows that i was testing but I didn't know there was a  newbie in prop who is not from my clan 'Pavonis'.

PS: I was not testing turbo glitch, it is another bug that causes you to do turbo glitch (Video will be in bug report section by Mr.Alone)

This bug occurs sometime we were testing it. Like when some one throw moltov when we are using fpv mode its automatically change in to fpv glitch.

If this bug you're attempting to do causes turbo glitch, doesn't the rule state if you're caught turbo glitching?

Kurimi we were testing this bug so it can be fixed in future because it happens most of time in middle of fights we were trying to find out how it works.So it does not happen anymore there are many players who use fpv mode we are trying to solve it.

Now a days I see many players accidentally doing turbo glitch for a fraction of seconds whom I haven't fpv banned yet since I knew there is a loop to cause the bug which makes them to do it without their knowledge, so today I was discussing it with Maxpayne and we have been trying alternative method to cause turbo glitch from FPV mode without doing it in a normal turbo glitch method, Maxpayne,Alone, Rule, Naruto and Pavonis were inside the prop.

Well, the exception for hacking mentioned in the rules is same for Turbo Glitch. You can be given permission by admins to hack in rare cases such as testing something and since you are an admin you can give yourself permission, but you should've confirmed with everyone in the prop so they know you're just testing it so they don't report you.

I know you guys were all aware of the testing, but before you tested you should make sure if everyone is okay with it to not risk getting reported. Just like if I /slap you for fun thinking you're okay with it, and you report me even though everyone in the server knows it was a joke, I'll still have to accept my mistake because I took the risk assuming you won't report.

Pavonis, reporting doesn't get you in the staff, in this case it effects your app negatively that just to make a report you reported Signal even understanding the situation.

I think he thought you were aware of it and just wanted to report him for rep which is why instead of explaining he said 'go report'. This is a fault from his side because he didn't explain, but it could be a misunderstanding that he didn't explain because he thought you were aware, but as you said you were AFK.

It is his responsibility to make sure he is performing the glitch in a prop where everyone is aware and okay with it, if someone joined the prop afterwords and reported him not knowing that testing is going on then he will be responsible for it and should accept his mistake of not taking precautions by performing the glitch in an unlocked prop. But in this case no new player joined and maybe it was just a misunderstanding as he thought you knew testing is going on, but you were AFK when they might've talked about testing.

Even in this report you showed you were aware of testing while writing the report, so why did you make the report even after you knew it was just testing and now you say you didn't know as you were AFK?

Well, it's really up to each admin who votes based on this report to believe you on this or not. As far as the report is concerned, it will be denied since admins can give ot take permission for testing purposes, just a suggestion for Signal to use a locked prop next time and make sure no one will report him.

Also pav, forum is fine, but keep autologin off ingame to avoid such things in the future because everyone won't trust you everytime. Even I keep it off since I'm a level 9 admin and can't risk giving the power into wrong hands.
