According to the provoking rule, "mute is the recommended first punishment in 0.4". Zeyad was provoking me because if I hadn't decided to be mature I would've broke some rules on him (however since I am mature I didn't).

Anyways (yes I know this isn't in the rules. what I explained above is. don't dispute on this with the rules.) Zeyad was doing it in such a way that even if I had /ignored him he would've insulted me in front of other people.

Zeyad's purpose was to spread slander about me, not to annoy me. He was caught backbiting slander about me a few days ago too, which shows his intent. I would've still been provoked due to the fact that slander was being spread about me.

It's not "using my admin power to take revenge", it's using my admin power to do exactly what it was meant to do: enforce the rules.

1. That was not an act of immaturity.
2. That was not a misuse of an administrative command; rather, it was the exact purpose administrative commands were meant to serve: to enforce the rules.
3. What? I don't understand that statement and thus can't dispute it.

5. You are not allowed to rest your case because you are not an administrator.

This is exactly why you shouldn't punish someone who is abusing/provoking you, you should report it instead, so an outsider who is not involved can make a fair decision. If you feel provoked and abused, you're not going to make the best decision.

What rule did you break IceFlake? The provoking rule only applies if you:

1. Commit Another rule break.
2. The rule break is directly tied to the provoking of yourself.
3. You aren't breaking any rule just to be able to punish him provoking.

A good management member, doesn't get reported. Being reported is a failure. Making something personal is also a failure. I suggest for the future that you report anyone who is abusing you instead of taking things into your own hand.´There will Always be people who are going to say: In VKs the management members just ban/silence people that talks bad about them bla bla. Anyone can get reported by someone who has an account on the forum mostly due to personal reasons like this one where Zeyad didn't like me so he decided to make a report against me. This goes to prove that being reported isn't a failure.

Anyone who says that is very biased to their liking, because the rules are meant to be enforced by every admin regardless of who they were broken against. If they don't enforce a rule when it is broken against a specific person, it means that that admin is biased.

We're right now in the process of voting for a rule that disallows one admin to punish someone for insulting and provoking them. I think it's better for that admin to make a report. I feel like this rule is similar to how you can't deny an admin report that is made against yourself.

But IceFlake is never proved immature by the pics you gave above, instead you've been caught doing an immature act and such a silly act by blackmailing him of sharing his personal info and I can see how many times you provoked him to use his admin cmds by exploiting his privacy, its not that you just blackmailed as per the Flake's messages it seems like you leaked it to other ppl here.

Zeyad, this is the internet world and he wants to hide his personal issues and keep his life away from internet, there are so many crimes occuring these days on internet and he is enough smart to prevent those and you should respect that. You were insulting him so badly that you just disturbed other memebers by constant blackmails and insults. Since it was about his privacy and Zeyad disturbed everyone by those long msgs, I think it was necessary to mute him as to keep the chat clean and maintain peace in server and peace among players.

admins dont give a F*ck that zeyad spread your infromation on fb or whatever all that matters that you should have used /ignore instead of /mute
