Describe please: I was doing derby event i let him watch the event in /proploc 76 he came by /aprop then he started shooting one red inferno then i /propkicked him then he did /aprop and abused his admin powers even i didn't allow him to watch the event when he started shooting red inferno.

Yesterday DarkSider did derby event & when the event finished he said my mom is calling me bye all & he left without giving any reward, so I just came in your prop to just see that you're doing the same too or not, but when I join prop you start hitting me with a car so I shoot it because I didn't known that its your event I thought its Shield's event & you're there to just disturb because sheild was doing /eventann that derby event in prop 76.

It's been a long time VIPER has been doing Events and giving away cash, and I have never heard any complaint from anyone or haven't heard someone complaining about VIPER not giving the Event Price or etc.
At first you said, you thought VIPER is doing the same thing in his Event, what DarkSider did some days ago, and then at the very next line you are saying that

Arno, simply don't enter props which are locked. Ask the prop members and then enter it if they allow. Hacking in prop to test something is also allowed.

1. This one is up for discussion. Arnold claims that he came here because of a rule break. Which relates to the scamming rule, I guess? Interrupting vipers event by shooting a car is not valid and not something you need to do to check that viper is scamming people. If this only happened once and arnold stopped interrupting the event, I think this should be fine. Do you mind telling me the full story?

Here is whole story.
I join prop & Viper hit me with car so I shoot him but he didn't get kill then he kick me from prop then I join again & stand in side & start watching event.

Man i wasn't shooting that infernus i was shooting you, you stopped your burning car near me & i died & i was in spree so i get little angry & shoot you but kick me from prop & then i shoot you? or disturb your event?

u did the wrong thing this time, u should not enter in a prop locked else if the owner gave you permision or if he is doing anything bad in this case vipe was doing a event so u did the wrong thing in enter with /aproploc in his prop dont care if you just enter to see, yu should not do that.
