[Denied] Forum Suggestion-Proper format for applications.

Hi gentleman!
I have noticed an important thing, that our staff is very strict about the format of the Admin application but not other applications like Un ban application, FPV unban application, Stats transfer application, or other requests or Player reports.
We need to follow the format of all these applications just like we do it regarding admin applications, in case this will be nice to forums and will create a proper chain of disciplined things or official applications.

For admin applications we need to make sure our applicants are willing to put extra effort in to their application and follow the format precisely. For the rest, we just want required info to be present so we cantake action. Like if someone reported a hacker, but didn't use the proper format, although all info that is required for evidence is present and we deny the report, it's just wrong. And in stats transfer, it's no reason that someone has to wait for long just because his format wasn't right and no admin solved it. Although for unban appeals we do want the person to put extra effort and use the format precisely to prove he is srrious for an unban.

Maybe we should be more strict with ban application perhaps. But do you really want us to go like? Thanks for reporting this hackers, the proof is definitely valid, but the report format is not right, denied. Or: Sorry dude we understand that you want us to transfer from ALA1 to ALA2, but you didn't use the right format so we won't transfer it for you.

That's probably why we aren't as strict with the rest of the applications. You make a good point with unban applications, as I said though.

Guys, it is fine if any new players come and report, no matter what's the format but what about all those players who are active members of the community or who are experienced, they are not even doing it right.

Well, I see them mostly using the format, but on some occassions if they miss the format due to reporting in a rush or maybe they forgot, then it's not much of a big deal.
