u can see i started shooting he but he first no lost hp for spawnkill time but later of 5seconds he no lost hp u can see my video u can see any laggs in video but is recorded i recorded with 60fps but i used bad recorded xd

First it was not me , It was my little cousin.
And It's clearly lag . You can see at 0:31

First of all, about F1 it is just lag, you can clearly see his ping above 250 and jumping to 800. Actually it is sometimes even normal vs 150 ping players. And about the animation, it is clearly visible in your screen while Force said he didn't see it. Do you have any animation mods installed which is why you were able to see it? If not then it's a rule break from Samir's side. Also Samir, giving excuse of brother or cousin, it won't work here even if you are saying the truth because our rules say that the account holder is responsible for any rule break.

I only use a mod to jump and crouch as gta v but it does not affect anything to the vcmp for example I bend down and I get normal and jump and I also get normal as if I was not using anything

PD: If you want to DENY The report but I did shoot in the first part and saw that I do not affect him if you want to play a duel using the same spawnwep and you will see that you will lose hp and do not have to see my parkour mod the same for the next one I will use that mod
