HaQ also Means Charter which means a written grant by the sovereign or legislative power of a country, by which a body such as a borough, company, or university is created or its rights and privileges defined.
HaQ is Also Said TO Be In-Short = Right ( this is not a direction or the right thing right. But Here It is used As HUMAN RIGHTS ).

In Religious Means It Is Used As:
Haq Allah

HaQ Is Also Mainly used As Justice. It Also Gives The Sense Of Justice.
i.e just behaviour or treatment.
