According to the video, you were shooting ( knocked) at him then he spawned his PCJ, so it couldn't be pause evade.
As you had knocked him with stubby then shot at him-his HP bar didn't decrease so it could be HP-hack. Have you checked his ping and fps btw ?

I Havent Seen Something Like This, I Guess It Could Be "PINGS FAULT" or "FPS". In The First Vid I think, When He Spawned The Bike He Was Pushed A Bit Aside....... So I am Not Sure, BTW Server Admins Know Better Very Happy. All I Can Say Is "GOOD LUCK" Very Happy . BTW Katapaa Is Kinda Noob I mean a new Player, he also kinda immature so If It Is Evade, I THink he should Be WARNED only So He Can Get His Lesson Or 2 Days Ban.

I think, it's F1 not evade. As you can see his HP was not decreasing also if he would evade his movement would be something else. Like, if he evade he will take a time to come back. Also, he would be died if he would come at that moment as you were continuously shooting. I believe that's F1 hack. But, did you collect his ping and FPS? So, it will remove the confusion of lag at least.
