It's mean his FPS sometimes go up sometimes down. Well, even if it gets to up it can reach 60 ONLY but yours was 80 which is unbelievable. And 80 FPS can be done by cheat engine.

If your game is unstable then how do you manage to aim directly even when your ping is spiking? Also from the video it just seems you're constantly moving fast and your animations too.
