In this case he has liar to us about account VK.Angel.OfDeath - Rainbow_Dash. There is no sister or brother, they are one guy (In while this report happen they can proved that Angel/Rainbow is two and they are real with picture realize) anything else won't count.
Account Rainbow_Dash own:
ID 14: Studio Film. Owner:Rainbow_Dash
Account VK.Angel.OfDeath own:
ID 20: Cams Can Openers Owner: VK.Angel.OfDeath
This Case will give the reporter few days to prove (as I said ) If not, One Property of Two Account will be sold (Will be Annouce of forum ) any property of account get reset property if I / Anyone else find out also will be sold right away.
Also for Punish Rainbow/Angel Liar us for along time We will sold Rainbow/Angel primary account PCJ ( If that account not owning pcj then sold property which price near PCJ price most ).
Everything will be reset by 4K.
Proof of eligibility: The picture must be bright - clearly, the two must stand together, each person will hold a paper to clearly identify who the nick name game.
- Post in here for everybody prove it.
Ofcourse if they sucess, I will also post my picture me and my sister as Law said to take Back our property.
If Case they won't do:
Once they failed to post the picture. Under the procurator's law:
My pcj / my sister which Rainbow/Angel reset will be considered an act of abuse of power, as well as will have to give appropriate punishment.
And my PCJ / My sister will be returned.
Everything will be do under 4K. ( Rainbow precautions use the power of the server owner ), So I recall everybody who relate should do as soon as possible which has wrote in Report.
If the report is removed / rejected by Rainbow / Angel for any other reason, it will be posted again, Then according the rules of VKS 4K. will take an action.

im not trusting him? he basically told me to F*ck off and that he doesnt take orders from me. i gave him an order to follow the rules and he didnt listen and i punished him by selling his bike. he doesnt have to like me, but he has to follow the rules like everyone else.

- make sure everyone is doing their job and that every section is clean (this is something that 4k needs to learn in case he takes over, because i have tried to teach it to him). also make sure everyone works as a team.
- make sure the management topics are accepted.
- help with stats transfers.
- sell cars
- deal with admin applications.
- run the event staff.
- activity checks.
- making sure suggestions and bug reports are solved (i do this occasionally after a patch update has been made).
- something you dont do: when i go ingame i spend all my time asking players if they need help and dont ignore them like you do.

this is all i can think of for now, but yes im not doing as much work as maybe 4k and yes he would probably be better than me in getting work done. but even though im not that active i can handle my work. i feel confident that 4k can learn to take over from me, just need to teach him to think right to get the hard stuff done.

no its not understandable. i have already answered most of the things here, but i guess your translator is broken. i have literally already said that myself that im not that active, but when i am active i do useful work that will be hard for even 4k to handle properly, but i know he could do it with my training.

he has the right to report me and even angel. if someone honestly reports us and its legit, we will punish ourselves. i have actually posted a resign application to the management team, but 5k is definitely going down this time and i hope the staff is not stupid enough to vote on someone with lower IQ than trump. i just cant be in the same staff as this idiot.

the work I do:

- admin tests.
- make sure everyone is doing their job and that every section is clean (this is something that 4k needs to learn in case he takes over, because i have tried to teach it to him). also make sure everyone works as a team.
- make sure the management topics are accepted.
- help with stats transfers.
- sell cars
- deal with admin applications.
- run the event staff.
- activity checks.
- making sure suggestions and bug reports are solved (i do this occasionally after a patch update has been made).
- something you dont do: when i go ingame i spend all my time asking players if they need help and dont ignore them like you do.

this is all i can think of for now, but yes im not doing as much work as maybe 4k and yes he would probably be better than me in getting work done. but even though im not that active i can handle my work. i feel confident that 4k can learn to take over from me, just need to teach him to think right to get the hard stuff done.

player report? i dont report admins i open management topics in case there needs to be a demotion, which i have already done. contact 4k for 5ks side of the story. either way what the result is, 5k needs to go. i will gladly go as well if it means that i can make the staff better by using a more active manager (4k) and by getting rid of the worst parasite to this server.

After discussing this report with two senior staff members, here's the conclusion I've reached.

About the claim against Rainbow owning multiple properties:
1. There is no rule to suggest that this is prohibited.
2. Angel and Rainbow are not the same people.

About Rainbow selling the bike:
1. The rule does not mention what kinds of proofs are acceptable.
2. It is practically impossible to prove a violation of the rule where you can't own multiple vehicles of the same model unless the vehicles are owned the same account (not in this case).
3. Currently, this means that staff members are most likely allowed to determine someone's innocence however they feel fit.

For the reasons highlighted above, this report has been closed, and I'm making a management topic to discuss an amendment to this rule.
