Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today, few minutes ago.
What did he do? Describe please: Evade, I know i didn't show that he was in combat but there is a way to know that was he in combat or not see his body how was it and name poping up? It's mean he was about to die and minimized his game and quited from desktop.

Yesterday, CHAMBER was calling me because RIPA evaded and I knew he would however I couldn't took action although I haven't witnessed the rulebreak. Thank god you've recorded it, he'll be given a week suspension due to the violation of death evading as his second offense.
