Simple solution is that ban his ip, he cant get many ips :C . Also add uid2 ban its not really easy to evade as uid1 ;.

He's banned now for 3 Days, since this is the first time I have banned him. The second time will be a perma-ban.

You know, I always warned him and told to stop posting negative commands. But he didn't listen. Also can you remove his signature? If that's possible.
