Rulebreaker (in-game name): =TDW=Pro_M4
Date and time of Rulebreaking: 21/2/2018 about 9:30 pm according to Pakistani time
What did he do? Describe please: We were in duel actually but, he did /proploc in between combat, I don't really know this is might not be an evade but still the kill wasn't counted.
The video contains the proof, other than I can justify.
The Screenshot contains Ping and FPS of that exact time.
Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): Nobody over there. The prop was locked by me. Prop # 320.

Unfortunately, in this case this wouldn't be counted as death evade due to the fact that you can kill someone who's frozen by the use of a command. You may be wondering why you couldn't kill him while his teleportation process was running, that's because most of your shots missed him like when he was standing up. You may of shot him in the head though however desync may've also occured. Thus, this report wil be denied.
