Here is the proof that sergeant, sahan and HellBoylll3 is not inactive.They are active members. In this pic,there is a message of HellBoylll3 and in in prop share owner list, u can also see the sergeant and sahan name.

This didn't prove anything, props can be shared with inactive members. And they are not using clan tag.
