Hence if someone else used that computer to break the violations, it's his fault & Tornado therefore receives the consequences.

Another thing is /kick cmd is not always helpful.

Did you ban him temporarily due to ban evading?
Yes because I don't have an access to use /ban or /permaban cmd.

I understand your situation but you can't action when you're unable to. Be aware of the rules & follow the guidelines. I'll ban him instantly as what the rules said & next time, PM me so I'd help you (I'm active enough to help other admins).

Another thing is /kick cmd is not always helpful.

Provide me evidence & I'll deal with him/her instantly.
Well,this was not a problem in which I used /tempban cmd against a ban evader when any Level 7+ admin were not present at that time.I used this cmd till any level 7+ admin would join and do /permaban against him.

Let's suppose that we unban him.Then how will we know that his cousin Metel9Usman takes his nick or any other nick to play by using your PC (in this case your UID)?
I'd like to say we can't unban him for obvious reasons.
